It was through these very park gates that Bruce Lee attempted to pass in Fist Of Fury (aka The Chinese Connection). Though the scene was set on Shanghai’s Bund, it was filmed in Macao, along with all the other exterior shots for the film.
Filming also included Camoes garden gate - the famous "No dogs or Chinese allowed" scene...

That sign was at the entrance to the Huangpu Park in Shanghai

Signs date back to the pre-World War II period when various European (particularly British) and American districts were established in Shanghai, and these foreigners did not want their parks fouled by dogs and Chinese (not that the latter left any deposits, just that their presence was not desired in these exclusive parks).
The famous movie by Bruce Lee, "Fist of Fury", contains a scene who was shot in Camoes Garden, Macau. The character played by Bruce walked to a garden in Shanghai, where the area was ruled by Japanese invaders at that time. A sign showing "dogs and Chinese not allowed to enter". Bruce was then rejected by the indian guard in front of the garden. A japanese character walked past (the actor playing this role is called Yuen Wah, who attended the same Martial Arts School with Jackie Chan and Sammo Hung) asked Bruce to bend down and pretend a dog. Bruce was so angry that combat Yuen Wah and then destroy the insulting sign with his feet.
